Build Together

Bring a spark. We'll invent the product and ship it with you.

Consitora is not a ticket shop. You bring the idea — or just the itch. We design what it should become, fund the build to fit your stage, and run it through the same AI software factory that launches our own products. Innovation with a structure, not a leap of faith.

What you get

Invent, build, and operate.

01

Invent

We turn the spark into a product: who it is for, what it must do, and a spec the factory can actually ship.

02

Build

The factory builds it: architecture, code, tests, and deployment, under senior U.S. review — weeks where a traditional team would still be staffing up.

03

Operate

We can keep running it after launch on the same platform rails as our own products, so you never have to staff up to maintain it.

Creative financing

Nine ways to structure the engagement.

Not every idea fits a fixed-price contract. We'll help you pick the structure that matches your stage and your risk tolerance. Each card shows how much you tend to pay now, how much later, and whether Consitora takes a slice of future income.

You pay now (build cash)You pay later (IOU, subscription, or scale-up)Consitora’s share of income, if any

Bars are relative, not a quote — they show how the models typically differ. Tell us about your idea and we'll recommend a fit and put real numbers next to it.

CM

Classic Milestone

Classic Milestone: pay now 9 of 10, pay later 2 of 10, Consitora income share 0 of 10. You own it. You run it.
You own itYou run it

You say exactly what you want built. We agree on a price up front. You pay in chunks as we finish each chunk — like paying a contractor when the kitchen is framed, then when the cabinets go in. If the work stops, you stop paying. You typically own what we built. No cut of your future sales. Best when you already know the scope and have the cash.

Factory + Build

Factory + Build: pay now 7 of 10, pay later 3 of 10, Consitora income share 0 of 10. You own it. You run it.
You own itYou run it

You bring the idea. We run it through Consitora’s software factory (a small U.S. expert team plus AI that writes a lot of the code). You pay for factory time — like renting the shop — not for a pile of hired developers. Usually faster and cheaper than a traditional agency. You still pay as work happens. You typically own the product. No cut of your future sales.

Success Share

Success Share: pay now 3 of 10, pay later 2 of 10, Consitora income share 6 of 10. You own it. You run it.
You own itYou run it

You pay less (sometimes a lot less) to get it built. In return, when the product makes money or saves money, a slice of that goes to Consitora — like a salesperson’s commission. If the product never earns, that slice is worth little. You keep more cash today; you share the win later. The commission % is not locked here — you can change the ranges after the report.

B2O

Build-to-Operate

Build-to-Operate: pay now 5 of 10, pay later 8 of 10, Consitora income share 0 of 10. You use it. We run it.
You use itWe run it

We build it and then we keep running it for you — hosting, fixes, updates — the way a landlord handles the building after construction. You don’t hire a team to babysit the software. You pay a monthly or yearly fee instead. You use the product; we operate it. No sales commission. Fits if you want the thing to exist and stay alive without staffing up.

CB

Co-Build / Venture

Co-Build / Venture: pay now 2 of 10, pay later 2 of 10, Consitora income share 8 of 10. We both own it. We both run it.
We both own itWe both run it

We put in factory time (and sometimes cash) as if we were a co-founder, not just a vendor. You may pay little up front. In return Consitora owns a piece of the company or the product — like splitting a lemonade stand. If it gets big, that piece is worth a lot. If it dies, we both lose. Only makes sense when both sides actually want to own the upside together.

PS

Pilot → Scale

Pilot → Scale: pay now 4 of 10, pay later 7 of 10, Consitora income share 0 of 10. You own it. You run it.
You own itYou run it

Before anyone bets the farm, we build a small, paid version — a prototype that real users can poke. You pay for that slice. If it works, we agree on the full build. If it doesn’t, you stop and you only spent the pilot. Think of it as a paid test drive. No built-in sales commission. Best when the idea is still fuzzy or risky.

DU

Deferred + Upside

Deferred + Upside: pay now 3 of 10, pay later 8 of 10, Consitora income share 4 of 10. You own it. You run it.
You own itYou run it

You pay a smaller bill now so the product can get built. The rest of the fee sits as an IOU. When the product hits agreed numbers (users, revenue, savings), you pay the IOU and Consitora may also get a cut of the extra — the “upside.” If it never hits the numbers, that extra cut may never show up, but the IOU can still be owed depending on the contract. Fits when cash is tight now but you expect a real payoff later.

HS

Credits Toward Home Shore

Credits Toward Home Shore: pay now 7 of 10, pay later 2 of 10, Consitora income share 0 of 10. You own it. Credits later.
You own itCredits later

You still pay to get this product built. Those payments turn into credits you can spend later on a Home Shore / Right Shore project — bringing IT work back to the U.S. instead of keeping it offshore. It’s a two-step path: build the product now, use the credits on location strategy later. No sales commission. Only useful if onshoring is actually on your roadmap. If it isn’t, pick a simpler model.

PO

Product Option into Factory-Born Products

Product Option into Factory-Born Products: pay now 6 of 10, pay later 3 of 10, Consitora income share 4 of 10. Option to share. Factory can run it.
Option to shareFactory can run it

We build your product inside the same factory that already ships Consitora’s own products. Later, there can be an option for it to sit on that shelf (next to things like CheckIt77 or Haul77) — not a promise it will. If that happens, Consitora may take a small share of income because the product is using the platform. You can change that % after the report. If you want a one-off internal tool that never becomes a Consitora product, this is probably the wrong model.
